  Cheese went moldy within days of opening, though expiry date was months away. Contacted customer service both by phone and email and never heard back from anyone. Finally threw it out, but have pictures. Very disappointed that they don't care about their products or customers. Lost me as a customer.

  Silani's "mozzarella" ruined my chicken parm last night. If you read the fine print it is "processed". What it is is plastic garbage. Completely ruined my made from scratch dish. I always counted on Silani as a Canadian company with great product. I wouldn't feed this "cheese" to my dog. It has no business being in the bin at the grocery store with real mozzarella balls. "Fourth generation family recipe from Southern Italy" my ass!!!! Bankruptcy, no bankruptcy. Will never buy another Silani product again.

  Every time i buy this product in the grocery store , it comes out of the package all stuck together...How do i make several sandwhiches when its stuck together...Thats probaly why its on sale all the time.....Very disappointed in the product

  Their so called cheese's are processed and not really fit to eat. Why even bother producing them?
